BIO
Emily Dippo recently returned to Toronto, Canada after three years of working and studying in San Francisco, USA where she completed an MFA in Sculpture and MA in History and Theory of Contemporary Art at the San Francisco Art Institute. Her work explores multiple connections among landscapes and communities. Centered on geographical locations, her pieces cross through and tie together places, times and people. The works recall forgotten histories and aim to provoke greater awareness of contemporary communities and environments.
